Give with Saath Foundation

Your gift pays for real, listed needs: this term's fees, a set of books, a month of meals. After you give, you can see where your money went, down to the vendor Saath Foundation paid.

Giving from outside India?

If you hold an Indian passport, including as an NRI, you give the same way as anyone in India. If you are an OCI or PIO cardholder or a foreign citizen, Indian law (FCRA) asks us to receive your gift in a separate account at SBI, New Delhi. It takes a few more steps, and we'll guide you through them.

See where your money went

Saath Foundation receives your gift, then pays schools, shops and service providers for the needs you chose. In your account, each gift shows every payment it went into: the vendor, the date, the amount, and what's still unspent.

If more comes in than a need requires

The extra goes to the next child on Hold a Hand, the one who has been waiting longest for support. You'll see the transfer in your Rupee Trail.

We show this rule again at checkout, before you pay.

How Saath Foundation's running costs are paid

Your gift goes to the needs you choose. At checkout you can add something towards Saath Foundation's own costs, like staff and audits. It's a separate line, it starts at ₹0, and it's entirely up to you.

Questions people ask

Do I need an account to give?

No. You can give as a guest. We email your receipt. If you create an account later with the same email, your gifts appear there.

Can I get an 80G receipt?

Yes, if you pay tax in India and give your PAN at checkout. The deduction applies under the old tax regime only. Please check the name and PAN on the preview before you pay, because a receipt can't be changed once it's issued.

I'm an NRI. Which way do I give?

If you hold an Indian passport, give the normal way, with UPI, an Indian card or net banking. We'll ask for your passport number and a short declaration that the gift is from your own savings.

I'm an OCI card holder. Can I give?

Yes, through our FCRA route. Indian law treats OCI and PIO cardholders as foreign sources, so we receive your gift by bank transfer into our FCRA account at SBI, New Delhi.

Can I stop a monthly gift?

Yes, any time, in one tap from your account. You can also pause it for a few months instead. You can cancel the mandate from your UPI app too.

Who receives my money?

The Saath Foundation does. Saath Foundation then pays the school or vendor for the need you chose. That's how we can show you every payment.

Can I get a refund?

Donations are non-refundable. If you were charged twice or typed the wrong amount by mistake, tell us within 30 days and we'll return it to the same payment method. Read the refund policy.
