We agree a project, a budget, outcomes and a timeline that match your CSR policy.
Funds are released in tranches, tied to milestones you can check.
Utilisation reports by email show each tranche, what it has paid for, vendor by vendor, and what's still unspent.
You get progress reports, a CA-certified utilisation certificate for each tranche, and an impact report at the end.
Reports show children by first name or chosen name, age band and district only. Photos are used only with guardian consent for that exact use. Employee visits happen only as supervised visits at a venue Saath Foundation hires for that event, usually on a Saath Milan day, under our visitor code of conduct. Children never perform or give thank-you speeches for sponsors.
Employees can form a Saathi Circle to sponsor a child's needs together, teach online after screening (including police verification) and training, or run a book drive at the office. Each employee gives in their own name and gets their own receipt.
Yes. We are a registered public trust with 12A and 80G, registered in 2016, so we meet the three-year track record rule. Our CSR-1 registration number is CSR00538908.
We're happy to thank partners by name. Under the CSR rules, visibility can't be the purpose of the project, and we never put logos next to children's photos.
We usually suggest funding a program or a group of children, so no single child is singled out. Your reports show each child's listed needs and progress without identifying them.
